Networking Event Series
A new initiative that clearly differentiates IN-Fusion Management in the marketplace; has been the establishment of our FREE Corporate Networking & Business Development Event Series, which is specifically aimed to encourage companies and business leaders to pro-actively engage in “Un-Ashamed” business development.
With the cost of sales and marketing a perennial issue, we have taken it on-board to create this type of event to support our clients and; those within our networks, with a free vehicle to help alleviate the cost associated with developing business. It is through this program that IN-Fusion can demonstrate the level of its capabilities and raise its own profile and awareness to the greater marketplace in a positive manner, with many advocates of the business on-hand free to discuss how we have helped – without the price tag or expectation of charging.
The inaugural event proved to be successful, that we have now established this as a regular event, being held every 8-12 weeks and provides a free and cost effective platform to legitimately and genuinely expand business networks, generate business development opportunities, identify business improvement strategies and concepts and raise awareness of key business topics and compliance issues.
The event is structured and consists of 2 guest speakers, each with 15 minutes presentation time, plus a 5 minute Q&A session; on key contemporary topics that you ‘Want to Hear’! Furthermore, each Business represented has the opportunity to talk to the gathering for 1 minute (strictly timed) to provide an overview of their capability and what they want to achieve from the forum. The purpose of this is to provide genuine targeted networking or alignment of business interests for the purposes of developing new business, to building on existing relationships or harness new positions within the supply chain.
All participants on the day are provided with a list of attendees, the company they represent and their position. It is up to the participant to identify key contacts and organisations you want to engage with and garner contact details during the last hour of the event – which is open house networking. More often than not, participants continue thereafter building on relationships and/or synergies. The event is open strictly to “Decision Makers” and taps into one of the core strengths of “IN-Fusion” – which is our ability to strategically link business & the right people together.
The Event Series continues to evolve and is sponsored by a diverse range of organisations that change from each event. It is due to their generous support that we provide this event free of charge. We utilize the services of a highly respected MC to host the event and engage top quality guest speakers, free of charge, to talk on real value adding topics, with the provision of hand-outs and; an emphasis on the WIIFM Factor (What’s in it for me), to ensure all participants gain a return on their investment (time) – no matter what. In addition to our standard headline acts, we have a number of sporting and media personalities that attend and leverage of our event, for example, AFL Footballers, Cricketers, Racing Identities & Media personalities etc.
Such are the benefits of this program that it is now becoming a travelling road show, enabling our clients and others to showcase their organisations, products, services and capability, with no restriction on marketing your business, almost a mini-expo. Most companies bring along Pull-up Banners, Brochures and plenty of business cards to deliver their message to strong gatherings of 80+ business leaders at a time. In effect, you can almost complete a months’ worth of client visits in a single day and; with key decision makers.
