Resource Hire

At IN-Fusion Management, we can provide a number of on-hire employment options to our clients through a range of vehicles and industrial instruments.  We have the flexibility to work in line with your current Certified Agreement or relevant Award, an Industry EBA or even our own Certified Agreement.  This provides greater choice and flexibility, where appropriate for clients,  with the key requirement to ensure that there is no breach of any underlying registered Agreement/s and; there is no breach of the “fairness” or “no–disadvantage” tests.

Another benefit to our clients is our Industrial Relations expertise.  We happily share our knowledge and IP to provide our clients with input on new trends or mechanisms to ensure that they derive some benefit to the business through collective bargaining. We have assisted many organisations to develop, write and manage the bargaining process, whereby they have lacked the internal expertise to do this and; also to reduce the use of legal representation, whereby costs can be excessive.

Open Book Costing

We provide clear and concise pay rate & charge tables and terms & conditions that are in plain English, with no rhetoric, that break down all components of statutory costs, including margin; associated with engaging people through on-hire means.  A sample of this is provided for your benefit to review under the “Client Resources” header within this website.

Quality

First & foremost, we actually meet the people we will engage on your behalf.  We run them through our processes, which require a range of theoretical & practical tests and background enquiry.  For IN-Fusion to engage these people, they have to achieve an average overall score of 75% or higher on all testing combined.  We ensure that the “will” is present so they are motivated to perform and we validate their employment, criminal and medical backgrounds as required by our clients, in addition to our own internal processes.

Outputs

Typically, for most of our clients, our employees are paid above Award wages with regular increases in line with either our Clients or own Certified Agreement, Safety NET provisions, FWA or AIRC orders.  This serves to minimise any potential churn, thereby reducing training costs and serves to foster loyalty and solid contributions from our on-hire employees.  A simple, yet effective tool to ensure not only quality staff, but productive people.  Furthermore, through our competency based classification structure and based on feedback on the performance of our on-hire employees; from time-to-time we are in a position to increase pay rates to reflect the contribution they are making that is beyond our clients expectations.
