How Contracting Works

We work with you to develop an understanding of your resource requirements, expectations, timeline, business culture and financial parameters prior to sourcing candidates from our databases.  Typically, candidates are well known to us as they have either been previously engaged, form part of our corporate networks, have been clients themselves or have undergone our screening process and are ready for contract work.  You may wish to screen candidates prior to engagement or depending on the urgency of the requirement, engage them directly.

We are flexible when it comes to charge rates and payment terms and will negotiate these as appropriate based on the needs of our clients.  We can invoice on a fixed hourly rate, fixed weekly rate or a range of other alternative methods and invoice weekly, fortnightly or monthly.   Quoted rates are inclusive of all statutory costs including superannuation, payroll tax and workers' compensation, but exclude GST.
