One of the underlying issues with a lot of the recruitment processes and practices adopted in the marketplace today is that candidates are now being trained to tell you what you want to hear. It is for this reason, we have developed and adopted a different methodology, which is much more informal and at times challenging and confronting, thus enabling us to get a true insight into the candidate, their motivation and their needs – to ensure an alignment and fit.
Furthermore, we will challenge the conventional thinking of our clients from time-to-time when wanting to take the step to change their culture or get in some “new blood”. What employers must understand; is that employees need to be motivated to perform and employing “more of the same” rarely provides the outputs or results expected for the package parameters afforded. On the other hand, if you are prepared to provide someone with a stepping stone opportunity with scope for growth and learning, when compared to the “conservative safe bet” their results will outstrip those people comfortable in their role – exponentially. It all comes down to employing those with the “Will” and the right attitude and behaviours; because anyone can do anything if they put their mind to it and 80% of the community is separated by only 3 IQ points – it’s out inherent personal traits, motivation, mindset and influences that determine the path of our success, failures or; mediocrity.

We use our extensive networks and diverse industry knowledge to pro-actively source the best people. In addition to this, we have extensive databases with in excess of 2 million candidates to access at any point in time.
The final dimension to unearthing and attracting talent is our approach. What the industry does not understand, is that all anyone wants is to be treated with respect and honesty and this is what we do that is different with our approach to engaging and managing candidates. It is not hard.
