Electronic Invoicing

 At IN-Fusion Management Pty. Ltd. as part of our systems capability and supporting our environmental management program, all invoices, payslips, CV’s and reports are generated and provided to our clients and candidates alike, electronically.  This avoids messy and confusing hard copy paper systems, which also consume substantial time management, postage and storage costs.  This enables us to support our low cost business model and also provide our clients with processing efficiencies and improved traceability associated with accounts administration and reconciliation.

We have the ability to provide our clients with specific account information and invoice customisation as requested for cost centre and department allocations, even incorporating client account codes.

All invoices are electronically generated in PDF format and sent via e-mail for processing and approval.  Some clients maybe able to process in electronic format depending on their accounting systems, otherwise invoices are easily printed for accounts authorisation and processing purposes.
