Available on-line, we conduct tests in our office and we have the ability to deploy password protected e-tickets via e-mail to time-starved candidates to enhance the efficiency of our recruitment process. These tests deliver a powerful combination of performance-based and knowledge-based questions, along with easy to use test-creation functionality that enable us to customise tests to the specific needs of our clients. Tests are timed to determine speed & accuracy and knowledge, ranking candidates against relevant industry standards that undergo annual validation and normalisation.
| Our GMP Module has a testing and validation component, requiring a score in excess of 80% to pass, with all results retained on our database for auditing purposes. With in excess of 300 questions, each test varies with question placement and type, based on client specific requirements, to ensure the integrity of the program we operate. |  |
